Franklin Arterial closure postponed

Due to a delay in equipment arrival, the closure of the inbound lanes of Franklin Arterial from Congress Street to Middle Street has been postponed and will not take place today (Friday) as scheduled, the city announced. The closure will occur next week.

The closure was planned to allow work on the Portland Police Department building, city officials said.
